Terms of Service
1. The Service
Daily Tenders aggregates publicly published UK tender notices (from sources including Contracts Finder and Find a Tender) plus privately sourced opportunities, and delivers search, alerts and a subscriber portal. Tender information is provided "as is" from its original sources; buyers' own portals and documents always take precedence.
2. Accounts & subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed per plan (monthly or annually) for the categories selected. Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month; annual plans each year. You can cancel any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Account credentials are for your organisation's use per your plan's user limit — please don't share logins beyond it.
3. Fair use
You may use tender data within your organisation for bidding purposes. You may not scrape, resell or republish the Service's data feeds, or use the Service in a way that degrades it for others.
4. Accuracy & liability
We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or that any tender remains open. Always verify details on the buyer's original notice before bidding. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
5. Refunds
If the Service materially fails and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription. Contact info@dailytenders.co.uk.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms with notice on this page; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
