We built Daily Tenders because finding public sector work shouldn't mean checking six portals every morning. 4,615 notices tracked from 1,442 buyers to date.
The UK public sector spends over £340 billion a year with external suppliers, and roughly a fifth of it goes to small and medium businesses. The opportunities are there — they're just scattered across Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, eTendersNI and, across the border, eTenders Ireland. Each has its own search, its own alert system and its own quirks.
We monitor those portals plus private-sector RFQs, normalise every notice into one consistent shape — buyer, category, region, council, deadline, documents, source link — and make the whole set searchable in one place. Then we email you only the notices matching the categories you actually bid in. Right now that's 1,095 live tenders across 51 categories and 261 councils.
Notices are pulled directly from each portal's published feed — OCDS releases where the portal offers them, the official search endpoints otherwise — not scraped from third-party aggregators. Every record keeps a link back to the buyer's original notice, and that link is the authority: deadlines get extended, lots get withdrawn, and specifications get reissued. We show you what the portal published and send you to the source to act on it.
Ingestion runs every morning on a rolling window, so a notice amended after publication is picked up again rather than frozen at first sight. Geography is resolved from the buyer's postcode where one is published, which is how a notice becomes findable under a council and a region rather than only a national label.
Suppliers and contractors who already win public work and want to stop missing notices, and firms who've never bid before and don't know where to start. Construction, IT, healthcare, facilities, professional services — every category across all four UK nations and the Republic of Ireland.
We don't write the notices and we don't run the procurements. Coverage depends on what each portal publishes, and below-threshold work advertised only on a buyer's own website won't appear here or anywhere else central. If a deadline matters to your bid, verify it on the buyer's original notice — every tender page on this site links straight to it.
