Scope of the contract
Social Security Scotland has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of a Debt Management System.
The contract is for the provision, implementation, support and continuous improvement of a strategic Debt Case Management System. The system must support the end‑to‑end debt lifecycle.
