The works comprise the replacement of the existing handrails to the external fire escape stairwell at Kenworthy House. In addition, the scope includes the cleaning and repair of concrete elements to the stairwell structure, incorporating the treatment of exposed reinforcement with appropriate corrosion inhibitors and the application of a clear anti-carbonation protective coating. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards, specifications, and manufacturer's recommendations.
