The successful supplier will be responsible for overseeing a connected network of services, ensuring clear and efficient referral pathways, and linking veterans to appropriate non‑complex clinical and peer‑support interventions. The service will also be expected to integrate effectively with relevant statutory services where the veteran’s presenting needs require onward connection.
