The works comprise the modernisation of Lift 14 at QMHC at St Helier Hospital, including but not limited to; replacement of the machine, controller, wiring, fixtures, landing doors and car door assemblies, lift car and equipment located in the lift shaft, in accordance with the lift specialist's specification.
