II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This procurement is for linkspan inspections, load assessments, and testing (NDT and load testing), including the issue of certificates for all 11 linkspans across Orkney. The results of the survey will provide a baseline for short, medium, and long-term inspection planning and will support the development of a 5-year maintenance programme for each linkspan. It will also help to identify any future upgrading requirements.
