DUD - Drain Jetting, CCTV Surveys, Drainage Repairs & Drain Lining (H809)

Dudley MBC is seeking a Contractor will predominantly deliver improvements to the Council's housing stock by carrying out responsive drainage maintenance and repair works. These works include: drain jetting, CCTV surveys, drainage repairs, drain lining and gutter vacuuming where required.

The appointed contractor will be required to attend properties and locations across the Dudley Borough and undertake works in accordance with the following priority codes and associated response times.

• R – Routine Repair (28 Days / 20 Working Days)

• U – Urgent Repair (7 Days / 5 Working Days)

• E4 – 4 Hour Emergency

• E24 – 24 Hour Emergency
