The solution should, where technically appropriate, retain the existing double-glazed unit and treat or restore it to remove internal condensation, restore visual clarity, support thermal performance, reduce unnecessary replacement, and minimise waste and carbon impact.
Suppliers are invited to provide details of any proven, warranted solutions they can offer for the restoration or repair of failed double-glazed units, including evidence of previous delivery in social housing, local authority, public sector or comparable property portfolios.
