The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a single Service Provider to deliver Christmas lights across Southampton's district centres. The contract covers the design, supply, installation, operation, maintenance, removal and storage of Christmas lights, together with all associated services required to deliver a safe, reliable and visually appropriate festive lighting scheme.
