The work shall include the supply (including all delivery charges to the site), testing and commissioning of an Air Handling Unit and chiller unit for each of the orders below:
WC1680030: Air cooled reversible chiller 150kW and Air Handling Unit with air flow rate 22000 m3/h
WC1831796: Air cooled reversible chiller 300kW and Air Handling Unit with air flow rate 36000 m3/h
Installation works will be undertaken by others. The successful tenderer is expected to have the units delivered on site (Ayios Nikolaos and Dhekelia - Cyprus) and then arrange for a manufacturer representative to test and commission the units on completion of the installation works. Training should also be provided to site operatives after commissioning, including the submission of hand-over files and maintenance manuals.
The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows:

- Invitation to Tender: 12/5/26
- Tender Return Date: 5/6/26
- Contract award: 7/9/26
- Commencement of work: 8/9/26
- Completion of work: 29/1/27
The currency of this project is Euro (€).
The location of this project is Cyprus (British Forces, Dhekelia station).
