The Contracting Authority is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the
public road network within the contract area, including carriageways, footways and
associated highway infrastructure. This procurement relates to Interim Surfacing Contract
ISC W1 (Dungannon), a below-threshold Measured Term Contract (MTC) for the delivery
of road surfacing maintenance and improvement works on the public road network.
The contract will be initially awarded for a period of two months, with the option, at the
sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, of further extensions up to a maximum term of
twelve months, subject to operational requirements and satisfactory performance.
