To deliver the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services associated with the creation of a new Joint Security Room (JCR) within Alexandra Palace. The proposed works are to be carefully integrated within the existing structure and building services infrastructure, ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations and statutory requirements while safeguarding the listed fabric, preserve the architectural integrity of the building, minimise disruption to public events, and ensure continuous functionality for critical life-safety systems and venue operations.
